Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Participants cancelling on or before 29th February 2012 will be entitled to an 80% refund. All refunds will only be processed after the congress and on receipt of a written request sent to the Congress organizers.
  • Participants canceling after 29th February 2012 will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to a new delegate, however a 10% substitution fee will be applicable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat, The Conference Company, in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
  • The Early & Standard Registration Rates will only be applicable to delegates who book and pay prior to the Registration cut off dates. Should you register prior to the cut off dates and omit to pay, you will automatically be charged the higher registration fee without prior notification.
  • No registration or attendance to the social functions will be confirmed without full pre-payment and no access to the Congress or Exhibition will be allowed.

Payment Methods

  • Once your registration form has been processed, an invoice with the IAALD 2012 Congress bank details will be forwarded to you via email for payment. Please note that payment is only to be made on receipt of an invoice.
  • Payment can be made via bank/electronic transfer, bank guaranteed cheque or credit card (Credit card payment for online registrations only)
  • Please be advised that should payments incur bank charges, these charges will be for the delegates own account and will be reflected on the official receipt. Full payment for these charges is required.
  • Please ensure all bank transfers make clear reference to the delegate being paid for. (Kindly include the INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER)
  • Once payment has been made, kindly fax or email through proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat, The Conference Company.
  • An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.
